    • Wear gloves and empty the contents of the tube into a non-metallic bowl (plastic, glass, or porcelain).
    • Add the developer and mix with a coloring brush until the formula is smooth and creamy.
    • Apply the mixture immediately after preparation for optimal color results.
    • For first-time coloring, apply the mix strand by strand to unwashed hair using the brush.
    • Make sure to cover all strands, then comb through using a wide-tooth comb for even distribution.
    • To color the roots, part your hair and apply the mixture directly to the root area.
    • Leave the color on for 20 minutes, then comb it through to the ends and leave for another 10 minutes.
